How We Started

Motor insurance is mandatory by law in India — yet millions of vehicle owners let their policies lapse every year. Not because they don't want protection, but because paying a large annual premium in a single shot is simply out of reach for most families.

Our founders, Manoj Kumar Singh and Prity Singh, identified this gap and asked a simple question: what if insurance could be paid the same way we pay for a smartphone — in small, manageable monthly instalments?

That question became the foundation of True Promise. We built technology to digitise the lending process for insurance premiums, partnered with leading insurers and NBFC lenders, and launched a platform that puts financial protection within everyone's reach.

Today, we are building a responsible support platform for vehicle owners across India, helping them understand premium finance, policy placement, and claims support from start to finish.
